With nearly 20 years of experience managing projects and leading teams in the areas of customer experience (CX), operations, data analytics, compliance, and organizational training, I’ve made it my mission to empower companies by championing leadership development and tangible results.
Throughout my career, I’ve built strong teams, driven measurable results, and exceeded performance goals by breaking down silos, fostering healthy and productive cultures, building meaningful relationships, and streamlining processes.
Today, I draw from my journey as an employee, executive leader, and now, small business owner to share insights that help others lead people and projects with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
